This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. This warranty shall be null and void on products which, in Super Power Charger, LLC.'s judgment show abuse, negligence, improper installation or application, alteration from original design, misuse or improper maintenance.This warranty does not cover special or indirect or consequential damages, including actual or alleged labor charges, and the liability of Super Power Charger, LLC. is limited to repairing or replacing its products in accordance with the stipulations contained in this warranty and in no event shall the liability of Super Power Charger, LLC exceed the price of the product on which such liability is based.No one is authorized by Super Power Charger, LLC to change this warranty in any way or grant any other warranty or to assume any other liability in connection with the sale of its products.Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some do not allow the exclusion or limitation or incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.DepositsBecause some items are high demand, they may require build time. In these instances we will accept a 50% down to get in line for your build and 50% due prior to shipping. You may make payments during the manufacturing time, however the full amount must be paid before shipping. Orders that are ready to ship but not paid in full will be sold to the next customer after 15 days of notification of readiness to ship. If you stick your finger inside a moving supercharger, you will probably pay for it by getting a cut off finger…basically, don’t do anything unsafe or stupid at anytime…these are very powerful superchargers.
